My Honey and Lilly do that to each other too. I feel like they do because they have been together the longest. Zipper and Murphy are older and came into our home much later, and they don't do that. In fact, neither one of them are lickers at all, but Honey and Lilly are. Mimi (cat) will clean Honey too, on her face, but that's the only one she ever does that too. :)
