Sweet Dana,
It's been 8 years since you left me, and I still miss you. I think of you all the time. You gave me time to say goodbye, waiting patiently, never complaining, although I know the cancer was eating at you and wasting you away more and more each day. I finally realized I would never be ready to say goodbye, and it was your daddy who finally made the decision I just couldn't bring myself to make. I miss you so much, baby. Play hard at the bridge and know that I will never forget you. Wait for me, sweety. Watch over your mom, Sheena, until we can all be together again. I love you.
