A very special guest for Thanksgiving

Michael and I had a very special guest for Thanksgiving, Aly came up from Austin to have dinner with us today! :) We had a lovely visit and the Chester was VERY happy to see Aly again, so much so that I thought he was going to go home with her when she got ready to leave! Millie was the best she's ever been with a stranger and behaved very nicely. By the end of the day, she was going up to Alyson without snarling and lunging, which is HUGE for Millie. I told Michael that if there was another person in the world that Millie would ever like, it would be Aly. :)

Aly was so sweet and brought lovely flowers. :)

Thank you Alyson, for a wonderful visit, the beautiful flowers, and the special little girl. Things could not be going better. They're all settled down sleeping on the couch. :)

Thanks again for everything Micki :) Dinner was wonderful and thanks for welcoming the little princess into your home (be it temporary or permanent). Maybe we can find a little park in Waco that we could meet at sometime. I told Josh of my plan to make him drive and let me sleep :D

I'll upload & post a few pics tomorrow that I took in her last 24 hours here with me. For now, I'll attach a couple cute ones :)

Wow what great news!!!

I think this has to be one of the best Thanksgiving stories I've heard ever. You all are so warm and loving it makes me feel gooshy all over. And.. it makes me want to do more, and be more like you Aly. Heck, what's another one when you have 11 fourleggers already?

How wonderful you and Aly got to spend the holiday together and that you Micki were able to keep that little cutie pie!
