Gotcha day celebrations!
Yesterday was Amber's 8th anniversary with us and today is Jim and Kim's 2nd anniversary with us.
Both anniversaries fall after a traumatic times in my life.
Amber was adopted after my Amanda cat went to the RB. She was the first cat (during my adult life) that left us and the first time I had to make the decision to euthanise. And to top it all off this was only months after my mom passed away.
Kim and Jim were adopted after my best friend passed away which was only months after her father passed away (hence the names Kim and Jim in their honor).
So happy gotcha day to 3 special kitties... :D :D :D
