Oh no :( Everyone please pray for my cousin Cathy!

My cousin Cathy(my mom's brother's daughter) has a husband named Mike...

Mike tried to choke Cathy last weekend :( He broke a bone in her neck and also did something to one of her eardrums(I *think* my mom said broke one?).

Mike's brother ran over and got Cathy's mother.....Cathy's brother was also there.

What I hate is that nobody called the police or anything :mad:, I guess they are all scared of him, and Cathy wouldn't have pressed charges anyway....

:( Please pray for Cathy, and her two children, who I think were up at the time :(

No it wont be the last and she needs to get out of there before he kills her...or she is forced to kill him...to save her own life

I really wish for her to do the best thing and that would be to leave. Prayers in progress.

I am not sure where you live in New Foundland, but is there a woman's shelter near by that she could at least talk with someone. When a woman is in that type of situation she has to make the decision to leave and no one can force her. But it might help for her to have someone to talk with. A woman's shelter would at least be able to provide some immediate counselling even if she is not quite ready to leave yet.

I will keep your Cathy in my prayers. She needs to get out of that situation before its too late.

This man needs to be stopped!!!!:mad: I pray that your family will help Cathy find a woman's shelter to go to and take her children!!!
