Pets Secret Santa Questionaire

Here is the questionaire for the Pets Secret Santa. It must be sent to [email protected] by November 22nd. We will not accept anymore questionaire's after that date!

You will have until January 25th to get your gifts spent out if you do decide to participate.


Remember if you are under 16 years old you will have to have your parents permission. You will need them to email Karen with your Pet Talk username, and your phone number to be contacted.

If you do not have your parents permission then you may not participate!!

Oh good, I thought we still only had until the 18th to get it in. Ignore my request to take my name off the list on the post in Dog general. I couldn't get the questionairre in today, but I may be able to get it in on Saturday. :)
