OUCH, my head hurts!

Last night I was going into my back yard.
Just as I unlatched the chain link gate,
Rocky comes running over and jumps/stands
on the gate, pushing it open with full force.
The gate hit me square on the forehead above the eye.
I was able to close the gate, and than I sat down on
the ground in pain and cried. (well it hurt!)

Stuck an ice-pack on my head and took asperin.
I have a thin cut about 1 inch in length and shiney bump.
The color isn't to bad, so maybe I will luck out and
will not have to much brusing.

The moral of this story! Can't think of one yet. lol

awwwwww, he's SO sorry - just look at that sad face :( When they know they've done something wrong (especially when it's an accident) you almost feel worse for them don't you. Poor hurt Mommy, poor sad Rocky :(

I know exactly how you feel--last week, Oreo and I "conked" heads. I bent over to pick up something off the floor just as she ran/bounced by. Ouch! She's got a hard head!
