But I do think that TV has gotten out of hand and way to laxed. I do not believe that sex, violence, and explicit language should be on TV. I think society is getting to comfortable with these things and it's ruining our kids. If people want to see it, they can go to the theaters or rent it. Even my son's cartoons seem tasteless compared to what I watched when I was a kid. Yeah, I monitor what my kid watches, but it is really difficult to do when it is everywhere you go.
I completely agree. TV has definitely gotten way out of hand...It's annoying how it's ok to promote teenagers having sex in TV serials, and there's a lot of white trash TV (reality shows, jerry springer...etc that don't promote any good morals) that, in my opinion, are more offensive than showing a movie like this. At least Saving Private Ryan is more realistic. It was disturbing, but then again...people actually lived through that trauma. :(
