Lucy troubles,, UPDATE!!

Just got back from the Vets,,, $80 later,,,,,,,, the story is that the vet feels this may not be a tumor,,, but rather thinks it could be a pressure wound. so rather then go in for surgery now and incur big expenses,,, give it until tuesday with an antibiotic cream and pills for the time being.... She said waiting the few days and treating it aggressively this way wont make any difference if it was a bad tumor by waiting the few days.... if its not any better by then,, she will be going in for surgery.... Her mouth has a bit of an infection as well from Merlins play bites.. so the pills should help that too.... Poor girl,, she was just so good too on the table being poked and prodded... shes my lil hero. Her lil ears were right back and she stared alot at us,, but not a peep from her...

Lucy and I say thank you for your thoughts and prayers,,, please keep praying that its just a pressure wound.....

Sunning herself .. first time she has been awake all day.... shes very quiet........ she sends doggie kisses to all her friends who asked after her and says she is trying hard to get better with mommy and daddys help.

I missed your first post about this, but am so glad to see that most likely it is benign and something the meds can clear up. I'm so glad she's feeling better. That picture of her is beautiful. Please send her extra hugs, kisses and get well wishes from me and the T's :)
