Bird Face Update!

I don't know if anyone remembers the bird I helped saved a couple months back. She is a Peach Faced Loved bird called Bird Face :rolleyes: . We were able to find her a home, but the owner is moving and can't take her with her so she is maybe coming home with me a for a little while. I have someone who is interested in her and I'm hopeing that works out. They will make wonderful bird owners and acctaully had a Love bird before.

Well, if the home doesn't work out there is a women who lives in the house next to her who used to breed birds. I will need to talk to her as I don't want Bird Face to be bred, but she loves her birds alot and I know she would give her a good home also.

To bad I didn't live near you, I would def. get it. I been wanting to get a bird for awhile. I was raised with birds, but hadn't had one in a few years so that would be perfect.. I been asking for a bird for my birthday so wish me luck haha!

Thanx everyone! Bird face is sitting in the bedroom chirping away. We just took a shower together and she LOVED it! She is such a sweet baby girl! I'm still trying to think of a name for her and I'm leaning towards Ava. I think it's pretty, and suits her well. Anway! Birdface is doing so wonderful. I'm still a little worried about her, she is still bald around her neck where she pecked her feathers. I'm worried that she will start again unless she goes into a knowledable home who gives her LOTS of things to do and daily one on one time. She needs it.
