HAPPY birthday!
well ok Happys birthday is not till tomorow, but I have a million piled of stuff for school tomorow, so I am posting this today.
on october 27th 2000 my baby girl was born

I was 13 and looking for my first dog, my whole family fell in love with this little puppy at 7 weeks old

after going through several health related problems, having to have her shots conteracted, and getting so sick we had to give her water through a turkey baster, I sat in the bathroom with my baby the whole time, leaving only to grab food to eat in their with her, as she threw up constantly, her breeder helped us through this.
after she was all better she finished her obediance classes, and finnished top in her class even though she was the only puppy amungst a bunch of adult dogs.

then we had to deal with an big issue-fear aggression, Happy lunged and snapped and dogs and kids and anyone alike, the club we were with was not much help and only made things worse, so we opted for a privet trainer who the club we were with spoke terribly about, turns out this trainer was amazing, within 2 weeks of lessons with a clicker Happy was completly relaxed, she no longer went after people, and now adores kids. dogs she still has problems but she is getting much better. the first time we saw Happy behave nicley, she went up to a stranger and licked their hand, later she made friends with a bunch of kids down the street.

and she started playing flyball, and competing worming her way into her older brother posion at fasted, running 3.8 seconds, and never dropping the ball, or crossing over, and even when another dog crossed her she crashed into a jump and kept going. when she broke her toenail off at the nail bed she did not even whimper, if it wernt for the blood we would have had no idea she was even injured, she did not even cry when we had to pull the nail out. now even though we have quite flyball for now(we will start back with another club after we move) Happy is currently workin on freestyle, she has bits and peices of a dance to the song "9 to 5" by dolly parton.
my baby girl has grown so much, and has changed so much its hard to believe she used to be a devil dog.

hehe I got Happy a present today ;) I doggie bed! its a wicker basket type lined with sheep skin, and it has little bows decorating the bottem :D she mid as well have her own bed since she rarly sleep on my bed anyway lol she usually just sleeps on the floor, and only on really cold winter nights she sleeps on my bed. and she also got a puch of pedigree lil champions for a tasty treat, and I gotta make her a cake! :p
