Ouch, I saw your thread. Those things must be uncomfortable when you go to bed. I work at home and spend most of my day typing and working on the computer (online business). Anyways, my hand tingles and cramps sometimes. It usually goes away within a couple of hours of rest.

Oh, yes. (please excuse mistakes in this post; there is something orange and fuzzy in lap so I'm tyipg one-fingered). I'm a writer so i spend five+ hours on the comp a day. my poor fingers kill me at the end of the day but I'vver actually found that since i've started taking ASL my hands are feeling better. maybe it makes my wrists and fingers more flexible.

I have a wrist brace. wear it at night or when it flares up.
As I ,am only,on,for an hour a day,not yet! But,iffen I get a Computer,for Cat Mas,look out~
