Emma went to the vet today!!

Emma's vet appointment was today!!

She weighed in at 7.5 LBs LOL! That's way smaller than I am used to!

The vet comfirmed that she definatly is a she :p, and that he doesn't see any evidence that she is spayed, so we are going to make an appointment for that.

He also said her tail was like that because of fleas, he couldn't see any fleas on her, I told him that the shelter said they treated her with Capstar, he gave us some Advantage to put on her also.

He said she has a great purrsonality ;) :D

Wow, she looks like she would be a lot bigger than 7.5 pounds. She must be petite.

Glad to hear she did well at the vet and he thought she had a good personality.

Emma is absolutely stunning! Congratulations!:D

I actually thought she was going to be 4-6 LBs LOL, so I was a bit surprised!! She's very small!

Also I forgot to update about this!!

Jasper slept in my room with Emma and I last night!!! :D :D

She has been sleeping under the bed, on the floor or on the computer desk for the past few nights, so I figured it would be OK if Jasper stayed on my bed, and he stayed there and watched her a bit, but everything went great!

I'm really happy about that because I really missed Jasper when he was sleeping with my mom! ;) :D

She is just absolultly the prettiest cat ever! I love her soft looking eyes. :D

Emma is a such a pretty girl, Robyn! I am so happy for you! Great about Jasper sleeping in the room again too. Things are getting normal again:D Has Tigger seen her yet??

Tigger seen her today when we got back, Emma was on the shelf that Tigger's food is on, and Tigger jumped up there(not knowing she was there), and he went towards her and they almost touched noses!!

Then Emma hissed at him, he got airplane ears and then hissed too and jumped down and ran away LOL

They are doing good though!

:D Hissing and airplane ears are pretty much to be expected!! Guess Emma really took ole Tigger by surprise! I am looking forward to stories about those two and of course pictues of them together. Emma must look really tiny next to Tigger:eek:

Emma's definately an example of the "I'm FLUFFY not Fat" school of cats. And gorgeous, to boot. It sounds like your vet's discerning to spot her beautiful personality right off. Good news all around!

Emma is beautiful!!! I'm so happy that you found the perfect kitty! I can't wait to hear about her encounters with Tigger! When will you let them meet?

Emma sure is gorgeous and I also thought that she was a larger cat. I'm also glad that everything went well at the vets.:) I'm a little surprised that she wasn't spayed yet. Good luck with her spay.
