Figuring out the new kitty door

About a week ago we bought Squeekers a cat door so she can use it to get into my Grandma's suite without us having to always leave the door open. It took her a few days before she finally got the hang of it... :p she's got it figured out now but at first she wasn't too impressed!

"Okay... so how does this work??"

LOL that's too cute. I remember when my friend got a dog door it took her dogs forever to learn how to use it!

Cute pictures!! We went through the same process a couple months ago:D Funny, but the kittens took about two seconds to learn it - watching the big guys!!!:rolleyes:

When my sister and her husband put a cat door in their laundry room door so the cat could get to the litter box and the dog couldn't, they had to sit one on each side of the door and put the cat back and forth through the door until she got the idea. It worked. She had no problems using the door after that.

I'm taking some comfort that other cats are having trouble figuring out how to use flap doors ... I was beginning to think my little treasures are adorable, fuzzy bricks-for-brains.

i would love,to have a cat door,after the porch,is enclose,but with Moose,and JJJ3,it would take up,half the door! Great Photos!
