lol I think that collar is for great danes or something!! haha actually Brock does have a small neck considering his size. He is very tall and lanky, built more like a BC than an Aussie. ;) So unfortuantely no, the collar is much too large for his chicken neck! I was thinking about donating it to the humane society or something though. :)
