Transport Help Needed - Eastern NY

I am doing a transport this Saturday and we are missing two legs. If anyone can help - here are the details:

Assistance is needed to transport Charlie, a pomeranian mix, from a
woman in New City, New York who assists shelters in placing hard to
adopt dogs and is going to his forever home in Toronto, Ontario. The
adoptive home is an approved foster home for the group I am VP for
Canadian Dachshund Rescue and she will be able to give Charlie the
loving home he deserves.

UTD on shots
Missing one eye
Back does not look good due to allergic reaction to medication
Not traveling with a crate but driver may provide one or seatbelt
harness
He does travel well
Traveling with proof of rabies certificate and health certificate
