Ripley has always like to sleep underneath the covers. It doesn't matter how hot or cold it is, he just prefers it to being on top. I used to worry about him suffocating but he eventually does come out. Well, this is what I found when I came home today. This bed was made this morning. Just look at the little rascal as he surveys his "damage." I had a toy poodle years ago named Pumpkin, and he also would unmake a bed but he simply dug the covers away from the pillow and would sleep on the pillow. Ripley obviously gets carried away. :D Anyone else have a *bed digging dog?*

Good Boy, Ripley! You were just makin' sure that your Mama's bed was nice and fluffy for her to crawl into, right??? ;)

Samantha loves to dig on the bed, but not to get under the covers to sleep. She just likes to burrow and then attack us from under the covers.

How cute. I'm sure he slept very well today :D Duke digs in the blankets to make them just right and comfy for him.

Millie likes to get under the bed itself. Chester likes under the covers, but he can't cover himself for some reason. :(

Otis digs into the covers, too. Sometimes he does this just to sleep on the pillows. He just has to make it *perfect* for him!

At least he didn't shred the covers, Pam!!!! :eek: That's what would have happened here, for sure!!!!! :o

I have a bed digger too. Abbey loves to rearrange the bed--hers, ours, blankets--anything!! I used to call her "Paige" (the host from Trading Spaces) all the time!!! She is a riot--you can hear her up in the bedroom moving everything around, and when she's done, she finds the perfect spot and snoozes away. In my bed, she moves the pillows, gets under the covers, and whatever else she needs to be comfortable--the only time I really mind is when I'm in it!!!!!!
