I use PSP and a Animation Shop for avaters, blinkies, and of course siggies! I can make ones that are Animated or are not Animated! Just give me texting pictures, name(s)
of pet(s), and colors!

Sure, I'll take a blinky for my Bunny Boys. I don't care what colors really.

OK:D I will have them on soon.. I had to go ahead and dump all of my pictures from Delphi Forums on there. Now I have to sort them which will only take 5 minutes.. And I have yours ready :)

no not yet I haven't figured out the "Blinkiing" "Blinkies" avaters, and hearts I could do orr I can add this little star thing I have that blinks
