New toy, New toy, NEW TOY! *13 pics*

In case you couldn't guess from the title :p the dogs got a new toy today.

Its something I've been looking for for ages, but I could never find it anywhere round here. When we went to the petstore today, the shop assistant was putting them on the shelves! I made a mad dash for them and grabbed one, I'm sure everyone thought I was insane :o

It's a ball with a rope attached so the dogs can hold it, hopefully this means Squid won't puncture it. I do think it might live in the cupboard though, and only come out when I'm watching them ... or it may end up with the rope chewed off :rolleyes:

Once they'd all checked out the new toy, they ran around like maniacs for another 1/2 hour :rolleyes: Lol, I need a bigger yard.

Nooo! Don't say that! I'm counting on this ball to last more than a week, which is the record held by Squids last ball. I think this one's too big for him to get his mouth round, so we shall see :p

Don't worry! It wasn't that type of ball they popped! :D

Those are cute! My Tommy has been through 3 of those balls now, they are his absolute favorite, but he does not pop them, he chews the ropes off the ends so that he can't really pick it up anymore. :rolleyes:

That's why this ball gets to live in the cupboard, and is only coming out to play when I'm there to supervise :p :D

That is a cool toy! I've never seen one like it. I love the one of them all running towards you. That ball is almost bigger than the two dogs. Very cute.

But, I must say Squid is my favorite! He looks soooooo sweet and cute!!

Thanks everyone! The ball has llived here a whole day without being killed or eaten, so hopefully I might be onto a toy that will last a while *fingers crossed* :D
