Buffalo Companion Animal Network

As some of you know, we have started a new organization in Buffalo to make sure that the city animals don't end up being forgotten in the city financial crunch. We have started talks with the Mayor and the Common Council about taking over adoptions for the city and we are currently seeking our non-profit status. We are also starting a PR campaign to bring other rescue organizations and animal welfare people into a cooperative network.

Our President and VP of Networking got interviewed last week and the article about the organization came out in today's paper. I thought it was an excellent article and hopefully it will get more people involved.
