Rest in Peace, Jade.

I found out today, that poor Jade had to be sent to the bridge....

Jade was my friend Amber's pit bull puppy. She was the same age as my Bailee (almost 9 mos. old).

I knew Jade from the time she was about 7 weeks old, and grew very attatched to her, as did Bailee and Felony....

Rest in Peace, little girl. I know that I will miss you, and I know your mom must be dying inside without you. I'm sorry your life was ended so soon. I love you sweet angel, Jade.

OMG, RIP little Jade. What happened that she left this world so young? It seems so unfair. :( :(

im sorry!! RIP sweet girl,and your a gorgeous pittie and why did you have to leave so early..:(

Amber's step dad let Jade out of the house, and Amber couldn't find her, so she went out calling her, and a couple of streets over she heard a man yelling, and some dogs growling and stuff... and then she saw Jade running towards the guy and the 2 dogs that were attacking him, and tried calling out to her so she would come back to her, but she wouldn't listen and Jade ended up joining in on the attack of the man... The man was in pretty bad shape, and still hasn't gotten out of the hospital (this was over 10 days ago), and the animal control people came out and took all 3 of the dogs in to the shelter. After the 10 day quarantine period, the dogs all had to be put down, since they were considered "evil"... Amber said she had never seen either one of the dogs before, which both looked to be lab mixes.

So, what happened was, Jade was put down by animal control..

Jade has never been mean or aggressive with anyone, or any animals, so Amber thinks it was just the adrenaline in her from seeing the other 2 dogs doing it, and she was just "follwing suite".... Jade was the only dog that was involved in the attack that had on a collar and tags...
