Kayann I have tried to PM you several times but your box has been full.
Even if your name was not on the list you can send in a questionnaire.:) Just try to let us know you are sending one in so you will be added onto the list.
The questionnaire's are due on September 1st! We will take them on September 2nd but will not take any after that date.
So please get your questionnaire filled out and sent back to us!
