I need some suggestions for good dog names for Rose....... I want it to reflect strength and luck and faith. She had to have all of those traits to survive the abuse she was put thru in her life.....

ASHA f
Usage: Indian
Derived from Sanskrit asa meaning "hope".

SORCHA f
Usage: Irish, Scottish
Means "radiant" in Gaelic.

FARRAH f
Usage: Arabic
Means "burden bearer" in Arabic.

AKILAH f
Usage: Arabic
Means "intelligent" in Arabic.

I actually really liked a lot of the Arabic names. So many of their names have beautiful, loving meaning. I'm sure I could pick a hundred more out of those, can spend hours browsing names there! Hope this helps :)

Great suggestions,,, I am taking them all into consideration......

We meet her on sunday now instead of tomorrow,, arghhh,,,,, tension mounting here,,,,,

I am hoping THE name will hit us when we see her and all... but I just gotta keep remembering that Lucy and Rose have to get along first,,,,,,, fingers are crossed.... I am so nervous about being a 2 dog owner,,, its all so new!!!!
