I thought about posting a thread when we were talking about it on AIM last night. The fact that you couldn't contact her by phone makes me even more worried :(

She told me she was near Okechobee somewhere. I think she's about an hour or so southwest of me. Maybe she's there and just can't call because the lines are down. I know we had lots of power and phone outages. Still do. It's slowly being restored. We were very lucky to have not gotten anything bad. The east side of the county wasn't so lucky.

I hope everything is alright with Libby! The last time she posted was a week ago. Hopefully its just a power outage....:confused:

I was talking to my parents about her tonight.

Maybe if she did get hit hard, she's trying to repair and get her animals safe.

I just got an email from Libby. She said the power and phone lines had been out for a while. Their yard was covered in tree branches. The only animals that she lost were her fish and two baby bunnies. I'm so glad it wasn't worse. She said she probably won't be on here for a while because there's so much cleaning up to do. The poor cats are really moody because of the hurricane and all that went on. She said to thank everyone for thinking of her.
