I just found him on the PetnPals website. He's a neat looking dog. I wonder what he is.

he looks like a GSD/Akita/Rotti to me but i don't know for sure.

Yeah, I deffinately see the sharpei in him. His face and ears are shaped like my RB Rosco, which was sharpei and pit.
