Meet Zazu! *pics*(17)
Zazu is a 9 month old Cockatiel. He is very friendly and LOVES head scritches!!!:D He belongs to the 2 girls I babysit. He is 8 or 9 months old and is already starting to talk!!! He says "pretty bird" and whistles alot of little tunes! He has also picked up some bird calls. The only thing is im not exactly sure its a he:confused:

Why don't you think he's not a he? If he's already talking and by those bright orange cheek patches, I'd say he's a he. And adorable at that!

Zazu, you're such a pretty birdie!! :D Very photogenic. Great pictures!! :D

CUTE....I love when birds sing & talk.....except when it's naughty talk!:D
I was in this pet store once & walked by to her the bird say; "hey stupid"....I got out of there in a hurry!!!!!:o

What a pretty boy. I would guess that he was a boy. Boys are much better talkers. They also have brighter cheek patches. Altho he does appear to have a lot of grey on his face which is a characteristic of a female (but hard to tell in the picture). The best way to tell is to look under his flight feathers, if there are yellow spots then it's a female, if there are no spots then it's a male.
