No bed Meowmie!
Ebby knows what I mean by bedtime and is usually pretty good. If she is in her room already she will stay there, or if she is downstairs will make her way up. But there are times ... at this particular one, I was doing the bedtime routine and never noticed she had disappeared ...

Schatzie has hiding places that I don’t even know about.
Sometimes she just appears out of nowhere.
One day I was stumbling downstairs, sleepily bending down to pet what I thought was my black kitty – I was petting my camera bag.

Hi Ebby,
you've got the idea: bookshelves are very good hiding spots:D Next time I recommend you hide behind the books. I do it all the time when I have to go to bed downstairs with daddy and they all go around and look for me and look in the basement and outside.
I think it is fun to hear all that human terminology they use when they cannot find me:D :D :D

Black kitties hide so well indeed. I one stepped on Mystic going downstairs with the lights off.....I learned my lesson really quick.
Ebby looks just like black silk. I could run my fingers through her fur all day.
