Any idea on what breed/s Angel is?

Not that it matters any, but I'm just curious. :)

When we adopted her from the shelter as a kitten, it just said "Tabby mix" on her card. I've had people think she was Main Coon, and even Persian. I'm not really informative on Cat Breeds, so I thought this was the perfect place to ask. ;)

She definatly looks like she has a bit of 'coon in her!

Awwww, what a cute little fluffy muffin. She looks a little Maine Coonish to me. Long fur in all the right places; boxy face...

Like you said, it doesn't really matter, but it's fun to compare our kitties to breed standards, isn't it? ;) I still get bowled away by how Rizzo fits just about every description (physical and otherwise) of a Maine Coon.

I am no expert but I know she is NOT persian:D Since I have what I am pretty sure is a Maine Coon mix myself and have read a bit on the breed - I do see some MC characteristics in Angel - like the broad muzzle, huge paws, tufted ears and the rounded eyes. She also appears to have a mix of long and short hair and something of a "ruff" around her neck area. MC's will have a type of hair that does not easily tangle - my Dylan has never even had a mat! The fur on their back is shorter and they tend to have very long and thick tails. Tabbiy color is common but they come in any color.
You will get better answers I am sure - but I do see some MC in her:) No Persian though!!

Definitely looks like some Maine Coon in the mix. She's very pretty.

I agree with the others on Angel having some Main Coon in her and are those red footsies I see!!!!
Most definitely have to get a picture of those feet.

I love Angel's markings and coloring. Very, very pretty cat.

I don't care what she is....she is BEAUTIFUL!!!

LOL, if you're talking about the little specks of red on her feet, those are Soft Paws. :p

If she is on the largish side,I would say that she is a Maine Coon,and you are a lucky person,as Maine Coons ,are a Fun Cat!
