Unbelievable!!!!

I was in the bathroom last night doing my face cleaning ritual with Mishka sitting on the toilet assisting me as always. All of a sudden I notice his lowering his butt onto the toilet.
….and then………….he PEED IN THE TOLIET.
I just can’t believe it. I have never tried to teach him this. He must have observed me doing it. I swear – I think my baby is starting to think he is a person –later when I was filing my nails he came over and began scratching at the nail file!
Hmm – maybe it’s time to get him a cat-friend!!

He got treats galore and lots of praise!!
That would be great if he continues...and then we will see if he can learn to flush too!! Ha! ha!!

Terry had a cat once - Smokey Joe. Well one time Terry walked in the house and he heard the tinkle of running water. He followed his ears which led him to the bathroom, and there was Smokey Joe, squatting on the toilet peeing! He was as amazed as you were. As far as I know, though, that was the one and only time. But of course Smokey's life was cut short by a heart condition so he didn't have much time to re-enact. Hopefully Mishka will keep getting the idea and continuing. :D

I wish I could get mine to do that. Hubby would be so happy as he hates to clean their litter boxes.

I have seen a kitty going to the litterbox when I was on the toilet and cleaning himself when I took a bath (and trying to eat from my plate when I was at the table;) ) but never this!!

Can he teach mine to do that??? He could publish a "How To....." book for kitties called "Toilet Training"..

My brother's Yogi Cat does that too. Cats are amazing, aren't they?
