I don't know if it's the Periactin or if whatever was bothering his intestinal tract finally cleared, but he's definitely perking up. He's still not meowming as much as when he's 100%, but he is meowing a little bit again, and eating and drinking and peeing and pooping. I'm still very guarded about his condition and am watcfhing him like a hawk, which he doesn't appreciate. Oh well - WE know it's all for the best. Thank you for all the PT prayers. They DO work!

He's all better. I woke up to him sleeping right smack-dab next to me this morning - so sweet! He's eating, drinking water, meowing (although his meow still sounds a bit weird - kinda hoarse), peeing, pooping and pestering Mitzi. <sigh> It was probably just a giant hairball, so yesterday I went to Petco and bought some more Petromalt, some Vita Gravy and one of those shedding blades. Mishi doesn't have anything to "shed" but Mitzi did, albeit not much. They both feel wonderful today.
I'm so glad he is better.
