I have learned something very important today - I have no clue how to color fur. Hopefully this looks enough like the kitty that folks can guess which one it is. So, without further ado... Name that kitty! :D

I started with a really scribbly very basic sketch of the Magoo-ster based off of CCL's wonderful pics. Then I popped open trusty old photoshop and blocked in the large sections of color, shaded 'em with the airbrush tool, and then fiddled around to he started to look slightly fluffy.
One of these days I want to be able to paint things on the computer so they look more realistic, but I've got to learn to be a lot more patient first. ^.^
If that was your first attempt, you know you have to be pretty good for the first person to guess it RIGHT! You couldn't have picked a better subject and you are already better at it than I am!! I can't even draw a streight line!!! (with a ruler ...)
