Blinkie & Signature please!!

Could someone Please make me a Blinkie & Signature? If so i would like the blinkie to say 'I *heart* my mutt' and i want it to match with my signature.. Like the colors.. And, use the picture attached....

As for my sig, ill post the pictures.. And colors don't really matter..
