Ian the Investigator
Ian, one of the 5 babies (of which I lost Lilyana and Liam) is just about to turn 6 weeks old. He is unbelievable! As a 10 day old he wiggled away from mom and the nest and wound up underneath my cedar chest  After I placed them into a nice shallow box as a new bed, he managed (at 11 days old) to get out and wiggle all the way across the room!! This is when I caged them.
Fast forward to 4 weeks later.
Now, after the URI is gone and the 3 surviving kittens are starting to explore, Ian is the first to want OUT!!! (keep in mind, that of the 3, he is the smallest)
Just over the past 2 days have I allowed them access to the stairway and you guessed it! Ian is the first one down them.
But beyond his bold and curioous ways is a heart that could melt stone! :D
Here he is showing you his belly which he loves to be rubbed.

And not only is he the most distinguished looking tuxedo, but he is a black SMOKE!! (MY utter favorite!)
I sure love this little guy.

Which reminds me of what I need to add to his story.
The evening of the 2nd day of their illness I was 100% positive that this little man would NOT make it through the night! He was THAT bad. But to all our surprise he did make it and he continues to thrive. :)
-
AK! Couldn't you have gotten him to do a cutier pose for us?????
