I weighed myself today... it's kind of become an obsession, I like knowing I've lost weight... but since Wednesday (the day I said I had lost 3 pounds) I have lost 6 more!!!! Making my total nine pounds lost in 6 days. I really think it is because I have eliminated soda from my diet...

It isn't easy, but cutting out soda and not eating as much has really helped! :)
I'm starting to eliminate soda (or pop in Pittsburgh) from my diet. I'm beginning to drinl alot of bottled water, and when you're thirsty, it tastes better than soda.Quote:
