Walk for the Animals (pics)

Today was our Humane Soceity's Annual walk for the Animals. We didn't actaully walk, but went to help at the Therpay dog booth. I took Sadie and Spot (Cincy stayed home and got some special time with Daddy including ice cream!)


I know this will shock anyone who has met sadie, but she won the "Smooch you pooch" contest! Her prize is a fee pint of Ben and Jerry's!! I hope she'll share with me :)

I didn't get as many pictures as I would have liked becuase my batteries died. I did see Leslie's former foster, Ellie (although I didn't get to talk to them) and she is looking great!

Such beautiful dogs. I bet Sadie will share with you, but will you like the chicken and liver flavor she picks out... heh. doggy ice cream.

Luckily I don't think Benand jerry's sells liver ice cream... yet anyway!!!

Great pictures Amy. Shamrock and Rosie are beautiful dogs! And that Great Dane looks like the largest one I have ever seen! But my favorite picture is of Spot and Sadie. And it certainly doesn't surprise me that Sadie won the smooching contest! And I am sure your brother won't be surpised either!

Was a hard day for PT cameras!! Anna's didn't work and my batteries went kaput also had to borrow them from Phred!

What a fun day, Amy!!!! :)

We had a fun day too, taking Lilly, Honey and Zipper to a Golden Retriever "get together" up in the NC mountains. Guess what?? Our camera batteries were "dead" too, so we got no pictures!! But there were probably 40-50 Goldens there, having a terrific time, swimming in the pond, trying to get to those tennis balls that people were throwing for them, and ours are pooped out and had such a wonderful time!!!! :D

What a great day for dogs, today!!! :D
