One of the "commands"/"tricks" Gigi learned in her clicker class is pushing a box, now that she knows what and how to do it she loooooooooves pushing it around so I can give her treats. :D

Could you explain how you taught her it with the clicker?
The first step is to get her to TOUCH the box. Find an appropriate size for your dog. I purposely find a "taller" box. Because ultimately you want your dog to touch the SIDES of the box instead of the top (so they can PUSH the box). Click and treat when she sniffs the box at the very beginning or just getting close to the box. Eventually somehow the dog should TOUCH the box. Click and treat (even better, give her a jackpot!). And once the dog is good at touching the box. Raise the critera of the dog touching the side (cuz the dog need to PUSH the box). Then hopefully eventually they will figure out it's pushing the box what mommy wants. :D Just be patient and click at the RIGHT MOMENT. Does this make any sense???Quote:
