Belly Eater

Has anyone had this experience?? My newest addition, Oliver, a persian/maine coon who just turned one, not only refuses to drink from a water bowl...(kitchen tap only) he always eats his krunchies lying flat on his stomach, arms streteched out to the side!! My kitty's eat on the kitchen counter, away from the dogs. I ususally do not put the dry food in a bowl, since the dogs can reach and grab it if they counter cruise! He's been doing this since I brought him home at 5 mos.! Silly kitty! :)

Of all the cats I have known I think this is a first. Definitely need to see a picture of that :rolleyes:
