Last night while I was on the computer, Mystic came into the computer room and decided that it was time for her to take her nightly bath...so she propped herself against the wall and my video tape cover for pilates was right beside her. It really looks like she is trying to do her "kitty pilates". ;)
Do you think she can become the "Spokes Kitty" for Winsor Pilates???? ;)

Mystic works her power core! LOL! Cat postures help me with my yoga practice. Very often when attempting certain yoga postures I will visualize myself moving like a cat - it REALLY helps with my practice!
I just KNEW I would find this thread too dern cute for words!:D
