I got to see Thor today. The vet's are really pleased with his attitude. They said they have never seen an animal that wants to get well as much as Thor does. I wish ya'll could have seen him when he realized that I had my son with me. I had to put Austin in the kennel with him. And Thor just loved and loved Austin. In the picture, you really get to see his right leg. They still my have to splint the left one too. And my poor baby has no hair!!

Such an encouraging update, Dixie Belle!:) It was hard to see Thor all bandaged up like that. But I'll just bet seeing you and your son made him so, so happy! He's a fighter, that's for sure:) Keep up the good work, Thor! What a brave and courageous boy you are. Hoping that Thor will be home with his family very soon:) Prayers continue for his complete recovery!
Oh no poor Thor. :( But I'm glad to see he is getting the attention he needs. I hope he will be his old self soon.

I was in a rush when I did this post, but there is a down side to the news. He'll be okay IF he doesn't get and infection and IF none of the pins slip. And has around 6 pins in each leg. So we still need lots and lots of prayers.
P.S. And pray that we will be able to sell our 4-wheelers quickly. That's how we are going to try and pay for all of this.
