Dear Diary - a Coat!

Dear Diary,

Blondie got me a present! It is a coat, just like the one HH has (only mine is -- ahem -- bigger and it is red!) So now HH and I can go outside at the same time. HH is pretty good at showing me around. I still keep falling for her tricks though -- we touch noses real nice like and then she whacks me ...but it is a gentle whack.

Anyway....here I am in my new coat!

Sister Emily does the SAME thing to me and I fall for it every time. First the nice nose touch then WHACK!!! Sometimes she comes up and whacks me for no reason!! I feel like Charlie Brown kicking the football and Lucy moves it!! Sisters are SUCH a royal pain.

Eddie, you have come a long way since you moved in! :) I'm can tell that Edwina is very attracted to you, she's only insecure that she has to share the attention. ;) I love that you rub noses, but don't let her whack you - just duck at the right moment and she'll look like a fool whacking the air. :D

She may sit there below the stairs with her back turned, but in fact, I think she's waiting for you to come and play ... .... you know, she has to keep up appearances - she does have a reputaion. ;)

Finally!!!!

You got your own coat! Well, now that spring has sprung :) you and HH will go out more often and who knows? maybe this fresh air will soften her a little ;)

Here's where our so-called "Walking Jackets" are sold....Walking Jackets . Mine is the large and HH has the standard. I have LOTS of room to grow although it has been suggested that is NOT a good idea...:D :D :D ...

BTW...I tend to walk crablike in it at first. Unless there is something interesting I want to see. Then I can walk just fine!;)
