If you call a 1-800 number from a cell phone, does that use of the cell phones minutes?

i thin kso. i think if you call any number it counts off yor minutes. but you don't have to pay an additional fee. but i'm not sure

I bet it does. You are using minutes of cell usage, and that's what counts, not to whom you connect!
