Thai had a odd habit of jumping up and urinating in the toilet(couldn't teach her to flush). Do other cats do this? I have a picture of her doing this somewhere.

Lucky you that you have that kind of the cat. I have heard that some cat can do this, but my cat cannot do that.
I can imagine the cat in the toilet.
Guess it looks a little bit funny. But really handy.
That is so cool! I've heard you could train a cat to do that, but I've never attempted it and never known anyone who has. I think it would be great, and maybe Thai should have known halliecat - she actually flushes the toilet (but doesn't use it first). :D
She did it on her own. One day we saw her up there and she kept on doing it. (I still miss her)Quote:

Yes Hallie is very good at flushing! Maybe Thai could teach Hallie how to use the toilet and Hallie could teach Thai to flush! Now that would be fun!:D
Edwina used to pee in the sink in the powder room. Does that count????;)
That is great! I'd love for mine to do that.
Edwina - now that is not very lady like.
It sure does! Edwina and Thai would have made a great team!! But now Thai is at the RB.Quote:

My RB cat Krinkles used to do it. I don't know how he learned, but he did! :) It was always interesting to hear the *tinkles* when everyone in the family was sitting in the living room, and we knew there shouldn't be anyone in the bathroom!! I would go check and say, "it's just Krinkles" and we would all nod and let him finish :D
Thai would do the same thing. We would ask "wheres Thai?" then we would hear her in the bathroom! they are now at the RB showing off!;) ;)Quote:

I had a cat that used to use the shower as a toilet in order to punish me ...

I've often thought that, but then envision a late-night stumble for the human regularly scheduled 3am visit....and find onesself sitting on an extra furry toilet seat.Quote:

As territorial as Ritz is, I don't think we would ever get our own "business" done....knowing her, we would be relegated to the litter box! hee heea:rolleyes:
Ritz looks a lot like my Nikki! I have pictures of her in the cat rescue section. Tuxies forever!Quote:

Our RB Naomi used to do that. And I remember the first time she did it :) I heard the sound of ... *well, you know, the sound* and I thought that someone didn't close the door! Then, I realized everyone was watching tv, right in front of me. Btw, they thought that was me :D Then, I walked by the bathroom, opened the door and here she is with that look on her face "Do you mind? I am busy!"
