Happy, Happy, Preacher

It was very warm here today and most of the big dog teams were off at a race, so I figured it would be a good day to take Preacher for an off-leash romp. It's been awhile since he got to run loose. He is blind now, but there is one trail that he knows like the back of his paw. Unfortunately, it's heavily used(no vehicle traffic, just lots of people) and I don't like to let him loose when there are too many people around. But today he had a fabulous time--acted like a puppy!

It was so nice to see him acting happy & healthy again!

I'm sure it did both your hearts good to let him run like that. He looks so carefree. I'm glad he got some fun time today.
