You need to tell us a lot of things, but I would suggest that, rather than us choose a breed, you visit the local animal shelter once you've moved, and see which dog calls to your heart! That's the best way ...
Do you want big, medium, small? How much time will you be able to spend with the dog playing/walking/exercising him or her? What qualities are you looking for, a lap dog, a protector, an energetic friend, a big ol' couch potato ...
It's hard to really decide for you...you know what kind of "attributes" the dog needs to have.
Try a dog breed selector quiz. :)
Well i have school from 8:25 to 3:00 pm and I wonat a small-medium dog. I am responsible so i will be able to walk it every day. And... question? Do you guys know of any breed selecting websites?

The trouble with breed selectors though is that they all depend on the opinions of whoever made the selector. So while one selector may say one breed needs a lot of exercise another may say the opposite. They will give you a place to start though.
Thank U so very much this is probably gona help narrow down my search!
I have a GSD border collie mix, full grown at 30 lbs and she does great with my lifestlye, energetic, but small and does well with me going to school and working. Though she is really happy to see me when I get home. You might want to look at shelties or border collies. Just my opinion, though I'm bias I guess.
Shelteez those test are so cool :D
Yeah thay are cool but they seemed not to help all that much because they dont narrow the results that much they give you like a bunch.
The idea is to just look at the bunch of breeds they give you and look into those breeds. They narrow them down by a bit but I certainly wouldn't pick the dog listed as #1. It just gives you an idea as to what breed to read about.
Im partial to dachshunds myself! They are small and the short hairs don't shed (or so I've heard). I have a long hair and he doesn't shed to much either. They are also very smart (but a little testy!) But I guess you kind of have to decide too.
I am more interested and lenaing twardes a smaller dog such as a shelti or a corgi I think they are cute and they fit my lifestyle, and also does anybody know a gray beagle breeder anywhere
i love corgies
i have been researching them for a while
i love cardigans, because they come it cool colors...... but shelties and cute too... go with what suits your life style :)
I ma looking for a breeder that breeds Corgies, does anybody know of one aroung Washington State?
