Richard, you just crack me up.

Rover has been seized by the Marshan government. All the Marshan citizens who saw Rover are now in mental instutions because they swear they saw an alien creature roaming around. The Marshan government, of course, is denying everything and attributing any unusual sightings to swamp gas or Northern lights.
