what can I do?

Hi, I am having a bit of a strange problem with my pup Walter. He barks and whines when my and my husband show any affection towards each other, he gets quite aggravated.

I am just wondering has anyone else gone through this and how did you stop the behaviour? It gets really annoying when you cannot even hug your husband without the dog barking.

My mum's B Collie does that every time my mum and he BF hug etc, its very annoying to listen, we just keep her out of the room.

I think the dog's jealous..

It could be either protectiveness or jealousy.

Amber used to snap at my partner when we showed affection to each other. I stopped it by simply telling her 'No!' and praising her afterwards, if she didn't snap.
