Need help resizing pic for sig - please

I'm want to use this as a sig, maybe, but it's too large and I'm having a hard time sizing down within the limit. Could some one tell me how to do that or please do it for me?

This one meets the size limit - if its too small, I can make it bigger.

Aly - thank you so much! How did you do it? What program did you use? All I have that I know will resize is Paint and it wouldn't get it small enough without making it impossible to see.

I just need to buy a good program that will help me make neat sigs.
