I'm just wondering if anyone has or knows anyone that has had a Savannah? It's a mix of Serval and usually Bengal cat.

No, but my friend has a cat named savannah....lol:D I wish I had one, they are big :)
They're really cool too. They're dog like. Mike and I almost got one a few years ago. They're very expensive, so we decided against it.
How much do they cost? and do ya need a special liscence or something? :) Just curious :)
You don't need a special license (in California, at least) for Savannahs. For the most part, you treat them like a normal housecat. A good Savannah costs $2000-$3000. They're expensive because the first few male generations are sterile for some reason.
You do need a special license and diet for servals though. And they do not act so domestic.
wow, but they are so pretty. But being so big, They wouldnt get along with Tony, he thinks he is the man of the house, even when his daddy is home lol.
They are beautiful:)
Everything is very positive about Savannah's. The get along really well with both dogs and domestic cats. The one thing that I didn't like is that most breeders we'd spoken to strongly suggested declawing them. Their claws are a bit bigger then a house cat, and naturally they can hurt. I didn't like that idea.
I am a little leary about essentially wild animals as pets , but I could well be wrong ,as these people really like thier Servals. I wouldnt want the litter box claen up.
They're gorgeous!:) I would love to have one as a pet:D
Wow those are truly beautiful cats.
