How sad, sounds like all she had was her cats and the small dog, just seems like people should check on older people more often. Its is a very sad story, poor woman and poor animals. Old people need to be taken care of better than that. Some of her neighbors at least should have been checking on her often, at least in this small community, everybody does keep check on the elderly, and make sure they have everything they need.

That is a sad , but an isolated story. It is sad that Cat Haters will try to make hay , out of this , when it is the community , that needed to help this Poor Lady.They are the Villians , not the Cats!

I agree with you Gary, the more cats were just trying to survive, simple as that.
