I am on my way to pick up a foster puppy at the shelter. The shelter is overflowing. I'm sure pictures will follow when I get back.
I don't know how Penny Lane is going to react. We shall see.

Hugs to you for providing a warm, loving place of refuge for this pup:) Penny Lane may just remember what it was like to be homeless and welcome her/him with happy tail wags. Paws crossed that the introduction goes smoothly:) What a lucky doggie to have found his/her way to you and the furkids! Update us when you can and hopefully, some pics???
Oh, what a heart of gold you have.
Let us know how you all cope!
Here are some pictures of Sam the foster pup. He is about 4 months old. A terrier mix of some kind. They aren't very good pictures, but we are dealing with some dog dynamics here. Penny Lane is pretty stressed and even Leo is feeling the tension. Sam just had a bath - went outside and is now in his crate, so things are a little calmer for a few minutes.

What a cutie!!!
Puppies sometimes seem to fit in better in the long run, but those first few days can be stressful...it was when we got Cincy! Good Luck!!!
Here is a little better picture of his cute face. I am discovering he has some dominant tendencies with other dogs - but he is very submissive with people. He has already learned sit and paw after just a few sessions, so he is going to be very easy to train.

How Cute is He??????
Give him a Hug and a Treat from us!!!!!
Does he have a Name????
Hope they are getting along alright!!!!
Thanks for helping him!!!
His name is Sam and he is going to make someone a great companion. He did great last night. Stayed in his crate all night without a peep. He was in his crate for 6 hours without an accident. I took him out first thing and he peed and pooped immediately. Played with him a bit, fed him and then took him out again - peed and pooped again (GOOD BOY!!!) :D
Right now he is playing in the living room. He seems to get along with other dogs (it's my dogs whose noses are out of joint) and shows no interest in the cat other than curiosity.
I am going to take him to my sisters house for the day. She is home all day and can keep an eye on him. Otherwise I would have to crate him all day and I would prefer not to have to do that. Besides - she is the master at housebreaking a dog (which would make him all the more adoptable)
And of course I had to take more pictures;)

I love Sam's ears too. :) What a cutie pie.
I LOVE the ear that sticks up!!!!!
I keep going back and looking at it over and over!!
Bless your heart!!!
I adopted my Buddy Boy almost a year ago, it will be one year on Dec 21st, and I just felt so good giving him a home just before Christmas!!! I can't believe it's going to be a year already!!!
Awww, what a cutie pie!:D:D: I LOVE those ears!:) And he seems to be doing so well!!:) He must think he's in doggie heaven with all of the love, attention, toys and furry friends to play with! You're an ANGEL for helping this sweetheart. What a great start in life he's getting under your care and training. Thanks so much for sharing him with us!
Oh Clara, Sam is wayyyyy too cute!!! And those ears, who can possibly resist them. What a great job you do Clara. Hugs to you and kisses to Sam.
I was going to copy and paste that picture showing those precious ears. Sam is adorable, and you are an angel for having him to stay with you. It seems at his young age, that some of those aggressive tendencies towards other dogs can be put under control quickly. How wonderful it is that your sister is available to "dog sit" during the day and work on some training too!!! :D
Hugs to you, and Sam, and of course, Penny Lane and Leo too! They are very sweet to allow a new"person" in their house!!! :)
Logan
He is too cute. He kinda looks Border Collie/Husky mixed. He's one lucky pup and those ears...I'm a sucker for big ears. Good luck placing him. My Pit crew sends Sam lots of puppy kisses and wiggle butts.
lol, He reminds me of Cami (CAMCAMPUP33), with the floppy ears! lol! cUTE!!
